Here at Group Response we have worked hard to ensure that all our customers (both existing and new) expectations have been met and exceeded over the past 12 months. This has only been possible with the determination and attitude of everyone who works within Group Response.
Despite a glum economic climate, we have continued to grow and outperform our expectations and competitors for the fourth year running.
The past 12 months have seen the following achievements:
- Securing of Long term Contracts with the Region’s Biggest Companies for our 180 Loyal, Hardworking Staff
- Remaining one of the Country’s Top Achieving SIA Approved Security Contractors
- Excellent Customer Satisfaction (via surveys) across Guarding, CCTV, Burglar Alarms, Access Control & Facilities Management
- Introduction of a Corgi Approved Heating & Plumbing Division to our Facilities Management Portfolio
Our success over the past 12 months has once again only been possible because of all our customers who continue to put their trust, integrity and support into making Group Response, Selby’s’ (if not the Regions) most successful Security & Facilities Managements Company by far.
Our aim over the next 12-months is to once again provide all our customers with a service which is second to none.
