Keyholding introduces a number of problems, which must be addressed. These include the very personal risk to keyholders and their contractibility. Our keyholders provide full cover and support with Patrol Officers available 24 hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year. All Officers are highly trained, professional and reliable.
When an Alarm System activates and we are notified via a Central Station, one of our fully uniformed, fully trained Patrol Officers will be dispatched to the premises, silence the alarm, check for the reason for the activation, re-secure the premises and return the keys to the depot. If required we will also arrange for windows to be boarded etc..
The new ACPO policy stipulates that keyholders must attend the premises within 20 minutes of being notified, at Group Response our network of Patrol Officers ensure this target is achieved.
